Our commitment

All goods sent will be as described. In some cases images shown may include items or accessories to show how an item can be used and/or displayed. 

Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.

Confirmation of order 
Your order will be confirmed by email . 

Returns
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. we are unable to replace items damaged in the post after 30 days from delivery. Any returns will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt.
Goods cannot be returned or refunded unless in a re - saleable condition (no modifications, defaced, cut up, stuck down etc)

Order Cancellation following delivery 
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so up to 14 days following receipt by email or letter. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation and receipt of returned items.

These terms are in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which replaces the distance selling regulations 2000)
Bespoke and custom orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.

All complaints will be answered within 30 days 

Delivery

We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we are processing your order and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 4 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order. 

Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.

Faulty /missing /incorrect goods

Force Majeure No liability will be accepted by Pillar Box Gifts Limited for any 
failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act 
of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by 
Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in 
supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
 
 
Payment & Receipts
Payment is made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We will charge your account as soon as the order is placed and an invoice will be sent with your order.

Vouchers may only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer or discount.

Duplicate Invoices
Invoices are sent with all goods and emailed  If these are lost there is a charge of £5 for duplicates

Ordering on the Internet 
Our online credit and debit card payment processing site is a secure area managed by Shopify Payments.

We would like to reassure you that we take care of the information we collect to fulfill your order, and believe that Internet shopping using a secure server such as Shopify Payments’ is the safest way of placing your order. 

Our rights 
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. Pillar Box Gifts Limited also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms & Conditions, all at any time without notice.

All images on the website remain the property of Pillar Box Gifts Limited and any duplication, in part or whole, is forbidden without consent of the owners.

Applicable Law
These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by UK/EU Laws.
None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
